About Me

Hello! Welcome :)

My name is Hannah, and I am in the final year of my undergrad at Carleton University in Ottawa, where I'm majoring in Communications and Media Studies with a minor in Human Rights and Social Justice. Since May 2019, I have been working with the Federal Government at Transport Canada in their Civil Aviation directorate. This opportunity arose for me due to Carleton's cooperative education program which I became enrolled in following my decision to switch from Journalism to Communications.

I have always had a passion for creative technologies and media, particularly with sound production. I am a huge fan of podcasts and it would be an absolute dream to have one of my own, but for now I am learning how to hone these skills. Although my final year at Carleton has been virtual, learning through my program's media production workshop has been a highlight for me.
